Shipping policy

Domestic shipping is done via a carrier of our choice. Most commonly usps or ups. Our processing time is typically 3-10 business days. The time it takes for the carrier to get the package to you typically is under 5 business days. That's So Andrew is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. 

International: We are not responsible for any delays or tariffs imposed by customs.

Materials: We pride ourselves on remaining as eco-friendly as possible. We recycle as many materials as possible! We have sourced 100% biodegradable packing peanuts, avoid plastic at all costs, and have veto-d bubble wrap or plastic air bubbles from our shipping line. Any styrofoam or plastic used is deemed essential for the protection of an item and is often reused or recycled.
